Xenomaladies are diseases, mental illnesses that are not possible (for now) to acquire in the real world. These are fictive diseases(/mental illnesses) where people can identify with.
(Xenomaldies who are mental are called “xenopsyri”)
Example: hanahaki disease “ is a fictional disease in which the victim coughs up flower petals when they suffer from one-sided love. It ends when the beloved returns their feelings (romantic love only; strong friendship is not enough), or when the victim dies. It can be cured through surgical removal, but when the infection is removed, the victim’s romantic feelings for their love also disappear.”

[past vision, spv, pv]
SPV Refers to a xenomalady that occurs mostly in off-colour Sapphires or Padparadschas.
With past vision, one experiences their sensory input at a slight delay, their awareness and response times are always a small amount behind the normally perceived present. Perception times can vary between a couple seconds and a couple minutes after the present event. Some may express this feeling as living is in a constant delay mode, or living in "the past", though not all beings are aware they are in said state.
This often leads to beings developing loneliness-related disorders due to the side effects of the disorder, or have some negative effect on their mental health.
