Permanant Type (ROGD-PT)
These are disorders that are partially recognised by the medical community. Things like maladaptive daydreaming disorder or stolkholm syndrome that have been proposed and discussed by the medical community but are not in offical lists like the DSM.
Admitidally, this is not all P-MRDs. Far from it. P-MRDs are not created by those in the MUD community, they are ideas proposed by medical professionals. This list is only of some MUD supportive flags for P-MRDs for now. I do in future plan to do a lot of research into P-MRDs and add as many as I can find.

A Japanese colloquial term typically used to describe adolescence who have delusions of grandeur. They desperately want to stand out and convince themselves that they have hidden knowledge or secret powers. It is sometimes called "eighth-grader syndrome" in the United States, usually in the context of localizations of anime which feature the concept as a significant plot element.

A type of delusion in which the person believes that their life is a staged reality show, or that they are being watched on cameras. The term was coined in 2008 on film boards by brothers Joel Gold and Ian Gold, a psychiatrist and a neurophilosopher, respectively, after the 1998 film The Truman Show.

This section is of P-MRDs that aren't fully recognised because they have some form of inherently offensive element to them but have been reclaimed by the MUD community. The creator of this archive does not support the orginal offensive iterations of these disorders.
A MUD were somebody suddenly develops gender dysphoria, usually also joined by a sudden change to gender identity.
This could be entirely without reason or have a specific trigger. Some possible triggers are:
ROGD should only ever be a self-applied label and should not be forced on others. Someone having ROGD does not mean that their identity is invalid, everyone's id is valid no matter what caused it.
